This very elegant refurbished frame is the perfect setting for this starfish trio. The frame is chalk painted white and distressed with oatmeal and a light but vibrant blue chalk paint to match the three lovely, but different colored starfish. Mica powder was added to the clear epoxy resin to create an ocean scene behind the starfish and enhance the nautical feel and look to this truly coastal piece.
